My name is Zodi Weller and I am your new property manager. I look forward to working with the homeowners to ensure your Association is managed in a first-class manner.

As the managing agent, Associa oversees maintenance of the common areas, collects homeowner assessments, distributes payments to vendors, maintains the Association’s books and records, provides comprehensive monthly reports, prepares the annual budget for the community, and enforces the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR’s) of the Association.
