Today, a public information request was made to the City of Frisco requesting the following information.
Please provide a copy of communications (phone calls, emails, letters, etc.) to and from the Development Services Department, including Code Enforcement and/or Building Inspections specific to the Sorano HOA/Development relating to the masonry perimeter wall that occurred between August 31, 2022 through to April 15, 2023.
Of particular interest is any communication relating to the reporting of the status of the perimeter masonry wall that resulted in the City of Frisco requiring a structural engineering report to be completed prior to the repair or replacement of said wall.
In addition, any related communications between representatives of the Sorano HOA, their Property Management company (Associa / Principal Management Group of North Texas) and the City of Frisco relating to the perimeter wall, including any updates on the violations, penalties and/or warnings that were imposed by the City of Frisco.
