A special meeting of the Sorano HOA Board of Directors is being held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 7:30 PM to consider the following items:
(1) In accordance with Article 4.05(b) of the Association’s Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, consider and set a date for the Second (2nd) Annual Meeting to be held within thirty (30) days of the First (1st) Annual Meeting (December 13, 2022).
(2) Consider approval for temporary fence repairs for properties within the Sorano HOA.
