Effective September 1, 2021, the Texas Legislature amended Section 209.00505 of the Texas Property Code to require an association with more than 40 lots to establish an Architectural Review Authority (ARA) that is independent of the Board of Directors.
The Architectural Review Authority (Committee) (ARA/ARC) was established by the board on November 16, 2021. The HOA is seeking interested and eligible homeowners to appoint to the ARA to consider all future architectural requests within Sorano.
